The measures for secure data processing with Adtelligence within the meaning of the GDPR include

Privacy by Default & Privacy by Design

The following measures are automated in our software and preset by default, without you having to insert complicated code into your website:

• • IP addresses are anonymized. Full IP addresses are never stored or used
  • We respect Do-Not-Track – visitors with Do-Not-Track enabled in their browser are ignored by the Adtelligence software and no data from these visitors is processed or stored

Hosting in Germany

• • The data processed and stored by Adtelligence is hosted on servers in Germany
  • The data center we use is ISO 27001 certified

Data Ownership

• • We carry out data processing exclusively on behalf of our customer, if necessary in accordance with the concluded order processing contract
  • No cross-customer data processing takes place
  • The processed data always belongs to the respective data subjects.
  • We do not use this data to enrich our own products or to establish personal references across customers or systems
  • The data is not passed on to third parties

Data protection notice and objection

• • In order to inform visitors to your website about the data protection-compliant use of Adtelligence software, we provide you with a template for your data protection information page
  • This also contains the link to the opt-out offered if a visitor to your website wishes to object to the procedure

Order processing in accordance with GDPR

• • In the case of explicit processing of personal data, an order processing contract must be concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Adtelligence provides its customers with such an order processing contract
  • This is checked and approved for GDPR compliance by the Adtelligence data protection officer
  • Data processing is documented by appropriate technical and organizational measures adapted to the purpose

Rights of data subjects

• • Data subjects affected by data processing have the following rights under the GDPR
    • Right of access
    • Right to rectification or erasure
    • Right to restriction of processing
    • Right to object to the processing
    • Right to data portability
  • Adteligence complies with these rights without restriction in the course of the Adtelligence customer’s authority to issue instructions within the legal framework

• • Internal employee training on data protection takes place on an ongoing basis
  • The latest developments in the field of data protection are continuously monitored and any changes are immediately incorporated into our software and processes
